Excessive crying - 2 month old

I’m in need of a lot of help because I’m not sure what to do. My baby cries a lot and refuses to go to sleep. The formula we give her is the yellow enfamil gentle ease. We also give her gripe water for colics. When we give her formula. When only give her 3 ounces because with 4 she starts spitting up. When she goes to sleep, she only sleeps for about 40 minutes to an hour and refuses to go back to sleep. Once her grandma gets home she sleeps for about 3 hours. But once it’s night time and time to go to sleep again, she won’t go to sleep and she cries for a very long time. During the night she sweats a lot so we just have her in a short sleeved onesie and we wrap her up in a swaddle and half of the time she’ll go to sleep. The other half of the time, she’ll just fight her sleep and cry and won’t go to sleep.

Please help me because I don’t know what to do. 😭
