My babys Sick - Scared it might be corona??

All day he's had diarrhea, but i didn't think much of it, he felt warm at around 4pm, checked his temp and it was around 99.2, He's had a light cough roo and he's looked extra tired today, his eyes looked a little red. Now its midnight, I checked his temp again and its up to 100.0 degrees. He still has a light cough, tired, a little grumpy but mostly fine. I gave him dose of tylenol to take his temp down, but im freaking it out right now. He had his flu shot already, could this be something else, should i try to relax? Im scared?
