Baby fell off the bed

I need some suggestions on what to do considering clinics and hospitals aren't exactly available at the moment. Please no Karen's, I get it, it's bad, i should have been watching like a hawk.

So it seems as though hes fallen on his face, basically his eye. Now his eye is swelling and bruising a little (he's very fair skinned like me and bruises easily). Should I give him tylenol? Put ice on it? Should i go to the hospital?
