Butt workouts not working?
Over the past week I’ve started doing butt workouts to get a bigger 🍑. Some exercises I have been doing are squats, lunges, hydrants, donkey kicks, etc. The day after I do them I feel sore, but never in my butt, my thighs and back are always sore but my butt feels normal. Does this mean that my butt isn’t getting any gains? How do i make sure I’m working out the right area?
