Anyone get pregnant on Paraguard?

Hey ladies.

I got my IUD placed 8 weeks after my second daughter. (Placed August 2019). I’ve had no problems with it so far! I love it! But I spotted about a week and a half before my period was due (not even enough to wear a panty liner. Only when I wiped) and I’m now 1 day late... my breasts are killing me. That was the first pregnancy symptom I had with my last daughter and now I’m worried I’m pregnant... how common is it to get pregnant on the paraguard? Anyone gotten pregnant on it?
