Can missing one minipill cause ovulation?

I’m on the minipill bc combined hormone gives me migraines... I’ve been on it almost two years without missing a pill until this week. I know the minipill can prevent ovulation about 50% of the time, so I’m wondering if I missed a pill could that tigger ovulation? I missed a pill on Wednesday (cycle day 20) had sex on Friday and Sunday. Didn’t realize I missed a pill until Sunday when I got to the end of the week and still had an extra pill at the end of the row... 😬
