My boyfriend and I went through a really rough time in February where we broke up twice and were constantly arguing. We got back together and sorted out all of our problems and we are really good now, but he said to me yesterday that he ‘doesn’t get as excited to text me anymore’, I love this boy with my whole heart so hearing him say that really hurt. He has a really busy life and schedule, (we don’t go to the same school so we see eachother once a week but we live in a very small town.) he also said texting is ‘tiring’, but he told me he gets very excited to see me he just doesn’t get excited texting me as much anymore because he usually has other things on his mind or other things to do. Do you think I should be concerned? I’m really in love with him and the thought of us having to move on would shatter me, but I’m not sure if I’m just overthinking it and shouldn’t take it to heart or if I should be concerned. Help?? (Also we’ve been dating for nearly six months now but have been talking for ten months)
