Showing my Mema the twins
The twins were born yesterday and are still in nicu. My Mema has only seen pictures, but both of the twins are off oxygen now so she face timed my mom and my Mema to show them. ❤️ they are her great grandbabies. She loved this. She says they’re absolutely beautiful
These are my grandmas last days, so I’m going to be capturing every sweet moment I can.
