Birth control for teens?

I'm 15 and I'm looking for new options. I've been on the mini pill before but I wanted more protection so I went on depo. The depo caused me a lot of weight gain though. I can't have birth control with estrogen, would the implant or iud be ok for a teen? They seem a little scary to me especially with some of the things I've heard about them.

Uh, in my opinion you are too young for sex. Let your body grow, the pills will only demage your health

The Kyleena IUD only has progestin I think, but talk to your doctor about it, because there can be side effects and it’s not a pleasant process to put it in.

i think the implant would be fine, if you can definitely talk to you’re doctor about reasons you’re worried about getting it and questions you have, overall i think it’s fine to get i know 14 year olds that have it.

It’s your body and you should do what you want with it. I would recommend the IUD tho. I’m also a teen and trust me it’s worth it. Life is a lot more stress free and you don’t have to worry about being pregnant. ☺️
