prayers please

Today I went in for my first ultrasound and all they could see was a yolk sac. The doctor said he wasn't happy with the ultrasound because he couldn't tell if I was early in my pregnancy or if I was miscarrying. At the time of the ultrasound I had had no symptoms of miscarriage until tonight when I saw a flash of bright red blood. I called the doctor she said there was possibility that the bleeding came from the ultrasound since it was a vaginal ultrasound but because my ultrasound wasn't what they wanted she was concerned and has put me on bed rest until Thursday when I have another ultrasound appointment to confirm if this is in fact a miscarriage or I'm earlier than expected. I'm really hoping for Good news. According to my blood work everything is fine but idk I just know that I'll be devastated if I lose this baby, but at the same time everything happens for a reason.
