How much movement do you feel around 36 weeks?

Am I supposed to feel them almost constant? I haven’t felt him in about 2 hours and I’ve tried everything and hes not moving

My kicks stopped after 34 weeks....., it’s more swirling later on. Like a baby loch nest monster moving around. Hope all is well x

I feel movements but not kicks. It’s rare I feel a kick it’s more like waves or stretching feeling ￼

I feel her almost constantly but then sometimes it’s like she got comfy and went to sleep so I don’t feel much at all. If you are worried then I would say first drink something icy cold and sweet then put an ice pack on the top of your belly under your boobs. If that doesn’t get your baby moving then I’d pull out the Doppler and check on the heart beat. If you don’t have a Doppler then definitely call your doctor they will probably have you come in and get checked.

Some babies are lazy. You have to feel something like 5 movements an hour or something. Some babies just like to chill

Lay down on your side and have something sugary and/or cold to eat or drink to see if that helps. If baby isn’t moving as they usually would, you need to call your provider. My understanding is that theyll still move on their usual schedule it might just feel slightly different since they’re running out of space.

My doctor says 10 moves in 1.5 hours for kick counts.

I would call. I had this happen and they had me go to labor and delivery. My BP was super high. They monitored baby and she was ok. They also found a good amount of protein in my urine and now i am being monitored for Preeclampsia. If my  BP didntfinally go down I would have been induced that day.

Do your kick counts. Babies have a distinct kick pattern each day. My baby doesnt kick almost at all some parts of the day but is more active first thing in the morning and late at night
