Hey, today I was diagnosed with pubis diastasis and I’m worried about giving birth.
Does anyone have positive vaginal delivery stories with this condition??
I know it’s not a dangerous condition, but does it stop me from delivering vaginally? Did it help you deliver?? 😂 ugh. Haha! So much unknown.
