I cant orgasm?

When im masturbating i just cant orgasm? I use the shower head, and its like i get to the top of the mountain but i cant get over the peak? Its weird and i just dont get that satisfaction after anymore. Advice?￼

If you’re changing the speed or where it’s at it might take longer because you’re changing but try using like a mix of your hand the the shower head. You might want to try sitting or a different position. 
Or if it helps take a break until you feel it will be easier :)

You possibly need to take a break from masterbating. You can orgasm, your body has just built up a tolerance to the shower head and it will take a bit to come back. Just stop for awhile.
