So how long after a miscarriage were you able to workout & drink wine?

Mine was a 17 week loss and I went back to work/normal routine 4 weeks later. My dr wanted me to wait until 6 weeks, especially since I had an emergency D&C 3 weeks after delivery, but I couldn’t wait that long. I got drunk just a few days after because I was in a bad spot.

My doctor said it was fine for me to have a glass of wine after my D&C which I did two days later. 
Just be careful if you're on any antibiotics after if u did the surgery.

I went back to my normal routine as soon as I had completed the actual miscarriage. I was still bleeding but had just passed the sac and everything when I returned to the gym. So sorry for your loss
