Miscarriage at 8 weeks, headaches

I had a miscarriage last week at 8 weeks of pregnancy. Supposed to be our 2nd baby. I started to have headaches since yesterday, throbbing pain. I’m taking tylenol as needed. My OB nurse said that i can ibuprofen. I’m just scared due to experience of my 1st child and i had post partum eclampsia. I have history of hypertension. For how long does your headaches last? And I stopped bleeding yesterday too. I spotted for a week then Thursday last week i started bleeding until yesterday. No d&c for me as my OB said it’ll just be like my normal period. ( chemical pregnancy). Thank you.
