Vasospasm?
If only one spot on your nipple turns white is that still a vasospasm? And if it is can that cause a blocked duct. It always happens in the Same spit on my nipple and the same area gets clogged. I don’t notice the clog until about 24 hours after my nipple starts hurting and the more baby eats is when it happens.
