am i pregnant?

I had unprotected sex 3-4 weeks ago, for the past two weeks or so i’ve had pale yellow discharge, and i’ve had weird pains in my lower abdomen when waking up in the morning and sometimes throughout the day. for the past week or so i’ve been getting nauseous at random times, and it feels like I need to throw up but nothing ever comes up. I am supposed to get my period in 5 days. I could take a pregnancy test but i’m out of town and have to drive myself home in a few days and don’t want to stress before then. I just want unbiased, truthful answers please! thank you!
