Will this pain stop

I’m 26 and am experiencing my first heart break. I only know it’s my first heart break because any time I went through a break up I didn’t care. Maybe sad for a day but never cried and just always moved on. This time I can’t stop crying and I can’t stop having panic attacks. My eyes have had the biggest bags under them for a week and I just can’t stop. I cry 85% of the day and I just don’t fucking get how I can love someone so much and them just never want to talk to me again. WILL THIS PAIN STOP? I need it to so bad. I never want to date again because I never want to experience this ever again. Please tell me that it will stop soon?

Yes the pain you’re feeling will go away. The crying will stop, the heavy feeling on your heart will eventually go away. Try not to over crowd your thoughts with what you could’ve done better or why this is happening. Take things day by day. Deep breaths for when you feel like you’re about to cry. A journal for your thoughts & keep busy with things that you enjoy. Hope you over come this sooner than later!❤️

This too shall pass. I’ve been there and often look back and wish I would have known now what I didn’t know then. I was just like this devastated and crushed. Felt I couldn’t go on. Now Fast forward 9 years I am stronger, more confident, independent and above all else... happy!

Everythings going to stop but it will take time. One thing i always reminded myself, do not stress over the past. There is nothing you can do. Focus on the future and that helped me out sooo much. Took me about 3 years to totally stop thinking about my first love
