scared ill get sepsis, cramping unbearable

im a week into my miscarriage and still actively cramping. on day 3 i couldnt keep any food or drink down and went to the ER for fluids and antinausea, they gave me a scrip and told me to stop taking the misoprostal because i already saw the placenta pass, and because my cervix had closed. ive been cramping gently every day since with average brown spotting, i figured it was wrapping up and i could move on.

starting yesterday it got bad. really really bad. i couldnt move it was so bad. and i didnt want to take the percocet because my family has addiction problems, so i tried to ride it out with tylenol, but it wasnt helping.

i was fine this morning but it started up again an hour ago, i tried to call my OB four times (!!) but i either got stuck in a menu circle or in an infinite ring, so i finally caved and took a percocet, im currently waiting for it to kick in.

but i just wiped and definitely saw more umbilical cord. i knew it was because it had a coil around it. i saw the placenta pass DAYS ago, with an obvious umbilical cord still attached, i saw my baby in the toilet with tons of blood on day 2 a couple hours before i saw the placenta, and its just weirding me out. MORE cord??? how long is the damn thing??

im scared its not all out and im worried ill get sepsis if it doesnt come out soon. my check up is april 14th, and it seems so far out. im really scared and im in SO much pain and i dont know what to do.

i cant go to the ER again because of corona procedures, my OB wont answer, im crying from the pain, im terrified :(
