Should I meet this person?

I have an item for sale on Facebook Marketplace (listed before this whole virus). Someone messaged me today wanting to meet within the next couple days. I really need this sold ASAP.  
Our state is under a "stay at home order". I usually meet people at a CVS parking lot near my house. 
What should I do?

I think I’d just meet them at CVS like normal. I wouldn’t want a random person to know where I live and I’m sure you aren’t gonna be stopped and questioned if it’s before 5 pm. That’s how it is in Louisiana anyway

I’d just let them know you’re wanting to uphold social distancing & make a plan like “I’ll set the item next to my vehicle or open my trunk...”

Ask them to pay you over Facebook pay, which goes thru PayPal, and leave it on your porch?
