Is it overpriced?

I feel really dumb but I don’t really know much about art and its pricing. Please take it easy on me in the comments lol. 
Anyways, my boyfriend’s nephew’s 3rd birthday is next week and I was thinking of a gift for him. Their little family is moving into a new house in a few months so I thought something to personalize his room might be cute. 
On Facebook, I saw a post for a Rugrats painting (his OBSESSION) and it was really nice. The description says she used acrylic paint and glitter to make it. It’s a 19x24 stretched canvas. 
The pricing is $75

My boyfriend said he thinks it sounds about right but I thought it was a bit much.

It is priced right. You have to think about the cost of materials that went into it as well as the person's time and work. This was done completely by hand, probably one of a kind, not mass printed by a machine.

I think that sounds about right for a handmade piece, but I wouldn't buy this peice personally.

It may be priced correctly but a 3 year old's tastes and obsessions change so quickly I wouldn't spend $75 on a cartoon painting. I'd get something else personalized that would be hung on the walls for years.
