Boyfriend cheated

I been with my boyfriend for 10 years already and things are going so bad . 2 years ago I found out he was cheating on me with a coworker at his job it was not until a year ago that I found out when I had our daughter I decided to stay bc we have a family . So just yesterday I found out he still talks to her when I’m at work . I message the girl asking her if he’s the one looking for her bc the first time that’s what she told me but it seems like they both talk to each other she likes my man too . I have told both of them that if they do want to be together for them to be together . It looks like the other girl likes being the side chick bc she does not end shit with my man . My man says he loves me and wants to be with me and I tell him if you love me why do you go back with her ! Like if you don’t want to be with me I’m okay with it yes it’s going to hurt like hell but I’m getting more hurt staying here and finding out I’m getting cheated over and over . Idk what he wants from me . Idk why the other girl can’t see that he loves me or idk since he’s still with me
