Anyone experienced this?

So my doctor estimates me at 7 weeks and I’ve had spotting for the past 3 days so after speaking to my midwife she advised I go to the hospital. They said I had a UTI which probably explains the spotting but then I had a scan and they could pick up the gestational sac but only a very faint yolk sac that could be seen at certain angles. The nurse has asked me to go back in a week to see if the pregnancy is viable.

Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I’m going to spend the next week panicking as this is my first pregnancy after a chemical in January and my husband and I have been so over the moon.
