Dreaming about miscarriage

I’m 9.5 weeks pregnant with my first. I’m very excited but very nervous because I don’t really have any pregnancy symptoms. I’ve been told this is pretty normal.

We had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and the baby was extremely healthy at that point.

But since then I’ve been having dreams every couple of nights about miscarrying.

I’m not superstitious at all. But could this be my body telling me something?
