Weight loss vent post
I'm 27 I'm 4"11 and 140 pounds. My youngest will be 1 next week and I'm heavier now then I was a week after giving birth. I work 40 hours a week and have 3 kids my husband stays home and does all the house work but when I get home I just want to spend time with them. I start to exercise and a week later I'm just tired of it. I've tried changing my diet, cutting thing completely, and intermittent fasting. Nothing works and it makes me depressed which makes me care less then I just eat whatever. I feel stuck.
