Sun allergy

Is anyone allergic to the sun I've noticed that being the in sun even for a short amount of time my skin starts to burn and itch and if I continue to go out in the sun I get a a ready patchy rash on both arms and the back of my neck. I was doing some research on it lol but google isn't always the best place for medical things also I will defiently look into seeing a dermatologist but I just was wondering if anyone has this issue if so what do you do for it? Also I put hydrocortisone on the rash but that doesn't always relieve the itching
