I feel my call to work in this crisis

My work experience is in healthcare. My husband has not been able to find work. He has an interview in the works, but at this point who knows. He's applied to 40 places in the past two months, and this is the first time he's got a call. We are living out of savings and we know for sure I could get a temporary job at this point to help. But I know that means giving up breastfeeding, and I don't want to do that. Yes, I know I should be able to pump during work, but that just doesn't happen in healthcare, especially not during a pandemic. It doesn't help that I am largely unresponsive to pumps and hand expression, but I do fine nursing her. I never thought I would breastfeed, but I have grown to love it, and we are 13 weeks strong. I don't know how to make this choice. I feel obligated to help the people in my field and push back my degree graduation date by a month or two as well as delay launching my business (won't make it in this economy). We have 4 more months of savings right now.
