My Dog poisoned by neighbor

I’m sure it was the neighbor because a few months ago my dog Madison went to his backyard and attacked his daughters dog there had been a fire so the had to make an opening on that fence and he didn’t worry about fixing it either anyways his dog was taken to the vet and he had a large bill ok we payed him like two hundred we owned him three hundred and he wanted us to pay more than that and calling and calling until he forgot about that’s what we thought a few days ago she started acting weird not eating diarrhea and walking slow. Then she had two days without diarrea and today again she did diarrhea twice. Now she can’t walk at all and only drinks water. He is the only one who could’ve given her poison ☠️ because she stays on our backyard since were in quarantine. So sad me and my husband I’m thinking of making a go fund me page to take her tommarow to hospital even Dow I think there’s not much they could do now and there’s no proof so we can’t tell the cops they won’t believe us. I know it’s bad to say this and point the finger out just like that but she has signs of being poisoned she was a healthy dog perfectly fine I want to create a go fund me page for vet costs and cremation cost just incase because my dog was perfectly fine until a few days ago I’m upset because I’ve had her since I was 13 years old I’m 21 now she brings me back memories she’s part of my past memories of me being in my teens I got her on a December as a gift for Christmas I adopted her and she slept with me on my bed and hugged me and slept me with me hugging her and laying my head on her chest. I’m sure it could’ve been him because he was pissed over the money he said if we don’t pay the money there will consequences he looked really angry when he asked for the money she just died all of a sudden
