Oral Sex

So me and my boyfriend have been having sex for over 2.5 years but he won’t go down on me. I ask him why and he says because it smells. He told me I should eat pineapples because he head it could help. (This was all constructive criticism) but I’ve been with other guys and they never had a problem with my vagina smelling and would go down on me. Any advice on how to help? A girl just wants her man to go down on her :(
