please help what's wrong with me
i keep eating a whole bunch of sugar at night and i don't know why. i didn't used to have this problem until like 2 weeks ago. I eat probably around 1500 calories during the day and it's all super healthy and almost nothing's processed and there's absolutely no added sugar. but then midnight comes around and I don't even feel hungry but I crave sugar so much I can't stop it. I just ate 500 calories worth of ice cream, jelly, chocolate peanut butter, and a protein bar. I feel so guilty and disgusting both while eating and after but I keep doing it because I'm craving it so badly. while eating I kept instincticely calling myself a dirty pig and I just felt so terrible and disgusting but I literally couldn't stop
