Is that why no doctor would take me?

I had a skin thing going on. In the end i think I had a freakish reaction to poison ivy. A few weeks ago, right before this corona virus got bad I was really trying to get into a doctor for that. I don’t have a primary care doctor but I was looking for one in my area.

I COULD not get into any doctor, all they said to me was that they’d call me back and never did. Is that why nobody would take a new patient? Because of the virus?

And yeah, I ended up solving the problem on my own with steroid cream. Yes I have insurance
