Birth control causing boobs to grow?

Recently a little last year my boobs grew from like a b to a 32c. I was so excited when I found out I was in the c because I just wanted enough boob to have some nice cleavage (not that I wanna be a hoe I just wanted to be more confident.

A week ago I started the pill on the first day of my period because it started on a Sunday. And my boobs are hurting horribly and my period is over. I took a pic to send to my bf cuz I changed and I noticed they’re slightly bigger or look more perky. I googled it and it says birth control can make your boobs grow slightly. I had no idea however I probably could’ve guessed that hormones would cause boob growth
