In labor do I go to hospital

Ok baby number 7 and I usually know when to go BUT these are my contractions AS LONG AND IM UP AND MOVING. When I lay down they stop but come back every 3-5 minutes apart. Hospital is an hour and 45 minutes away. I was 3 cm and 80% effaced and zero station at my last doctors appointment two weeks ago. I don’t want to go In And be exposed to the hospital any longer than  necessary. What would you do??
