Bloody Show, Mucus Plug or Regular Discharge After Cervix Exam?

This is my first full term pregnancy & I’m trying to not panic or overreact and I need help understanding what it is that’s going on with me until I see my doctor again.

(I have my next visit next Tuesday 3/31)

I had my last check up at 37wks5d on Tuesday 3/24.

Not dilated at all but of course the baby is in position.

So on Friday 3/27 I noticed some brownish specks in my pee & when I wiped the tp was brownish.

Today 3/28 I woke up went about my business, no discharge or anything. But about an hour later, I ate & went to pee again & I noticed i had stained my underwear with brown discharge & when I peed there was a blob of brown blood. I freaked out & called the hospital maternity nurses & she assured me everything was okay but to make sure I’m feeling the baby move & that my heart rate isn’t going crazy. The whole day I’ve been spotting I have gone through 2 panty liners but I’m not feeling contractions just cramping.

I just now went to the restroom again & there was another brown blob in the toilet, when I wiped, and again my liner.

Is this the bloody show?

Or is because of the cervix exam?

I don’t think it’s my mucus plug because I’ve heard it’s like a literal mucus blob with little to no blood.
