Could I be pregnant?

My husband and I have been ttc for about 4 months. I am 10dpo today.

Normally my pms is bloating, cramps, and sore breasts. I haven’t had a breakout (normally on my chin only) in years.

The last few days my face has been really blotchy, and last night I could see some acne developing on my forehead. I haven’t had acne on my forehead since freshman year high school (14/15) and I’m 29. This morning our dog woke us up and I couldn’t get back to sleep. Now I’m nauseous too.
