Single mom first time mom

I am 22 years old and my boyfriend left when he found out I was pregnant. Well it's been 3 weeks since my daughter been born and I haven't been getting much sleep and I been dozing off at work every now and then and my parents wants to take my daughter for the night so I can get a good night rest and some me time is it to early?? I will just miss her so much and I feel like if I do it she will be miss me and be upset
