Thoughts?

So my period was due Friday. I had cramping Friday night before bed so I assumed AF was on her way. I woke up and went the bathroom and saw a brown spot on the tampon(size of the eraser on the end of a pencil) assumed AF was on her way. I haven’t had any other spotting since then and all my cramping is gone. I can’t test because I don’t have any tests and my state is in a “stay at home” order so I am not going out to the store until next Friday for essentials...anyone give me advice? Have you had this happen to you? What was your outcome?
