General/relationship

So, my boyfriend and I have been together a little over a year, and he’s awesome, but he likes to touch me throughout the day, and he seems to do it at the most inconvenient of times. He is 49, and I am 28, and we get along great, but he will come up behind me and fondle my breasts or “hump” me while I’m cooking dinner, brushing my teeth, cleaning...etc. It’s ANNOYING when I’m busy I love that he shows me so much affection, but he just decides to do it when I am at my busiest, and I am trying to move about the house. Any thoughts or opinions on how to tell him to STOP touching me when I’m busy as hell and have a ton to do without it coming across as rejection or cold hearted.
