Low carb?

Has anyone in here tried low carb to help with TTC? I’ve read quite a bit about it but would love some personal stories ☺️

I was put on Keto by my doctor in early December, lost about 25lbs and found out I was pregnant in early February! Hubby did low carb as well and lost about 10 pounds. I'm currently 10w1d! I was super strict with it and did no cheat days either.

This may be a coincidence, but I don’t think so. Two years of infertility, one of those years we were doing different treatments. Got pregnant with triplets and lost them early on. After healing, I did keto for four weeks, got my period, ovulated and got pregnant. I’m 11 weeks now. I suffered from irregular periods and PCOS and within three weeks of starting keto I had started my period and ovulated on cycle day 15 which was unheard of for me.

I cut complex carbs out completely. I was diagnosed with pcos and decided that carbs had to go. i eat whole foods now. lean meats , fruits, veggies. and i only drink water or coffee (black). it’s been 1 month i’ve lost 8lbs and feel great. i’m 6-7dpo rn and we bd during fertile window so hoping this will be our month!

Me and my husband started low carb January 1st. He's lost 22 lbs and I've lost 15. Still haven't got pregnant but I'm hoping this go around we will fall pregnant.
