Having sharp pain in chest

Okay here’s the whole story 3 weeks ago I was sick I never went to the doctor because I didn’t have a fever but I remember being sick and having the worst chest pain and cough. This was before covid-19 was announced global

I went to Florida for a two day trip my boyfriend and I wasn’t feeling well. This was right after it was announced a pandemic.

We both got tested and remained quarantined for 14 days no fever. Since then, our tests came back negative. The only time I left my house was to get groceries yesterday. I have a sharp pain in my chest by my heart what could this be I also feel stuff in the lungs. I don’t wanna put myself or anyone else at risk by going to a doctor please help!
