Tredmill workouts

Has anybody tried the 12 3 30 (12% incline, 3 mph, 30 minutes)?

I really wanna know if it works. I’ve been so motivated recently to change my body into a state where I feel more comfortable and I know that working out improves mood a lot more and I’m really using this time off to focus on myself.

Does anybody have any results from it? x
