Another braces question

Okay so I wrote Saturday about my daughter braces popping off in places . Well fast forward to today. The Orthadontist told us to either cut the wire or remove it .

We we tried cutting it and we can’t get that far back in her mouth with tools we have at home. And her front teeth are way to sensitive to pull the wire out from the front. SoOoo would you guys consider going to the er for that? The Orthadontist suggested that it could be a option but to me seems a bit extreme ?
