Old Blood After Ultrasound?

I think I just need reassurance. It’s been three years since my last pregnancy and I don’t remember all of this. I had an internal ultrasound on Friday. I measured 5 weeks 2 days which makes sense with my dates. Saturday I had the slightest streak of a little pinkish brown blood when I wiped. Nothing the rest of the day. Today, I have light brown blood when I wiped once. I have endo on my cervix and that ultrasound was super painful. When she had the wand in, I just wanted it to be over because of how much it hurt. She was also pressing it up and to the sides to get pictures of my ovaries. I am really, really hoping it’s just old blood from when the ultrasound was done. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not in any pain now.
