First sonogram today; please pray for me!

Ugh, i'm a little nervous i went to the doctor on Saturday and he was worried so he scheduled me today for my First sonogram... i've been waiting for this since the moment i found out i was pregnant. I've never been pregnant before but i do have endometriosis and my boyfriend was previously on Remicade infusions for over a year but has been off them only a short amount of time.. so much that has been running through my mind.. at first i was feeling normal but sore breast and then all of a sudden 2 days ago i was hit really bad with nausea and headaches to the point where i can't even wear my glasses, it comes and goes but i'm just so nervous about any little thing i feel in my body right now, i just want my baby to be okay!

Please just say a little prayer for me in hopes that everything will turn out fine!
