Am I pregnant?

Hi! So my hubby and I are currently TTC! I got off birth control on March 1st after being on it for about 6 years. I had my period like normal from March 4th-7th. I’m not sure when I normally ovulate, because I’ve been on birth control for so long and haven’t had a normal cycle, but the app told me it would be around the 18th. I have been having some weird symptoms such as bad headaches, a little nausea, mild cramping etc. I’ve been testing a lot and I got my first very faint positive on 10 DPO. I’m now at 12 DPO and each test I’ve taken looks negative when I first look at it (after 2 min) but then about 30 min later I can see a very faint line... is it just drying darker and I’m not really pregnant? I understand I just need to wait for my period to show up but I’m so impatient!!! Haha - TIA!
