Do you feel weird going on a walk if you’re under a lockdown?

My state is under lockdown. The governor said today that we can go outside for walks with the people in our house, and we all certainly need it, but I still feel weirdly guilty about it. We live in a suburban kind of area so not tons of people, and when we do come across other walkers we keep at least 6 feet away by walking in the grass or street. But idk I feel like we’re doing something wrong. I didn’t want to share a cute picture of my baby in the stroller on social media because I felt like I’d be shamed.
