Could I be pregnant or am I paranoid?

When should I test if I might be pregnant?

My symptoms are highlighted, plus some moderate mood swings. I breastfeed and my boobs are basically numb so idk if my boobs have symptoms. I've been hungry a lot more, and I dont test my temperature? & I dont have any chronic diseases..

Pink circle is period, pink hearts is days I had sex (most days after the 10th are multiple sessions per day *tmi* and almost if not all I was finished inside of) and green days are fertile windows, green checks are just regular logs, no sex... tho if u use the app u probably already knew that.. sorry..
