Anyone else have/had this problem?

Hey everyone,

I could really appreciate your help! So I‘m in a bit of a pickle. I have PCOS and suspect that I‘m finally pregnant. I know lots of women with PCOS are convinced every month when they are trying, but I really do feel different this month and although I have PCOS I managed to regulate my periods. However, this month I‘m late which I hadn‘t had in over a year. Problem is with PCOS your hcg levels can be low causing a false negative as confirmed by a nurse who told me to wait 2 weeks and then test again. I‘m just dying to know if I am. It‘s not like I can just walk into my GP clinic to get a blood test due to covid 19. Has anyone else had the same problem? Did it take time for you to show a BFP when pregnant and from when did you start getting positive results? Were there any symptoms different to PMS? My current symptoms are severely swollen and tender breast, especially my nipples are sensitive. I can‘t even wear a loose shirt without bra. Another strange this is that (sorry for tmi) usually I start spotting and having smudge bleeding a good 5-7 days before I am due. I haven‘t had that so far at all, which for me was one of the first signs that something is up. My womb also feels different from before. I had a weird slight cramp for 2-3 days which I cannot even describe as a cramp but rather a slight tug. It wasn‘t painful at all. I also had thrush again for the first time in 5 years. I appreciate any insight, stories or advice that you share with me. Hope all of you stay safe during this unsettling time!
