When does crying end?

My two year old cries whenever she wakes up. It’s not a soft cry, it’s a CRY. It happens when waking up from naps and overnight. The second I go in there to get her out if her crib she stops and is smiley and happy. When does this “end”?

If you find something that works, let me know. This has been my life with my 2yr old since day one. I could count the times she's woken up not screaming on my fingers.

Try moving her into a toddler bed.  That worked for my daughter. For my son I got a video monitor where he could see me and as soon as he cried id talk over the monitor and he'd stop and eventually when he woke up he wouldn't cry as long as he seen me in the monitor.

Have you ever left your baby to cry for long periods of time? I’ve never had this with any of my children as they’ve always slept with me or never been left to cry for more than a few minutes but I’ve seen it with other families that if they aren’t seen to quickly or secure enough they cry so much as they’ve no idea when someone will come to them x
