Broke blood vessels on face 😥😁

Just wondering if anyone else broke blood vessels on your face while in labor??? When I was pushing my daughter out, I broke a lot of blood vessels in my face. Especially around my eyes and mouth. No one told me, and when I got up for the first time to use the rest room I about cried. My face and lips were a grayish color. And all the blood vessels around my mouth and eyes burst. I called the nurse in and she said it happened while pushing and would go away. It did go away thank god lol. But I still have a spot by my left eye that never went away. I never heard of this happening and just wondered if any of you ladies have been through this. I'm due in March with my second and yes I'm scared of this happening again :/scared
